Once your product is selected:


We will share a video of the actual product(s) (e.g., racquets, shuttles, etc.) before packaging


After your confirmation, we will securely pack the items


A video of the final packaged shipment will be shared for your record


Post dispatch, we will send:


Courier tracking details


A detailed invoice/bill via WhatsApp



3. 💳 Payment Terms


To ensure safety and accountability, we accept online payments only:

Bank Transfer


Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available


After making the payment:


You are kindly requested to share a payment screenshot via WhatsApp for order confirmation


All product prices include applicable GST


Please note: Any bank transfer charges or UPI fees are not included in GST and must be borne by the customer

Sending a video of the packed shipment


Sharing tracking ID and invoice once dispatched

5. 🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect

The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery


An unboxing video must be submitted as proof


❌ Returns will not be accepted for:

Change of mind after dispatch


Return shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise
