Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product at any time. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price (e.g., ₹0.00), we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Vizonsportz ships across India. Delivery times may vary based on your location (typically 5-7 business days). While we strive to meet delivery timelines, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or unforeseen logistical issues.

5. Professional Equipment Disclaimer

Badminton rackets and strings are subject to high tension and physical impact. Vizonsportz is not liable for racket breakage caused by "clashing" during play or string breakage due to normal wear and tear. Warranty claims for manufacturing defects are subject to the specific brand’s (e.g., Yonex, Li-Ning) internal inspection policies.

6. Returns and Refunds

 * Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags intact.

 * Used equipment (rackets with plastic removed from the handle or shoes worn on-court) cannot be returned.

 * Please contact info@vizonsportz.com within 24 hours of delivery if you receive a damaged product.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction specifically in Tamil Nadu.
